VIKING VALLEY OF GUDVANGEN
Gudvangr means: The field of the gods by the water.
It is situated at the end of The Nærøy Fjord, Sogn, Aurland Kommune, Norway. It have approximate 100 inhabitants.
The Nærøy valley is 30 km long including fjord. On 10th of June 2006, it became part of the Unesco World Heritage. According to The National Geographic magazine rated the Nærøy valled, a total of 87 points as the world's No. 1 natural heritage site, along aside with Geiranger Fjord.
